Service Description
Our full-spectrum infrared sauna uses gentle, penetrating heat to support circulation, detoxification, muscle recovery, and deep relaxation. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat works at a cellular level, allowing for a comfortable, restorative sweat. Ideal for easing tension, supporting recovery, and creating space to unwind. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to three guests. Each session is reserved privately, so you can enjoy the space alone or with those you choose. Private and intentionally calming. This service is available for guests 18 years and older. Please contact us if you have questions about service eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee. • No-shows will be charged the full session amount. Membership sessions canceled within 24 hours will be deducted from your monthly allotment. This policy allows us to honor the time we reserve specifically for you and to accommodate other guests seeking appointments. If you are experiencing illness or an emergency, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you. Thank you for respecting our time and the wellness of our community.
