Infrared sauna therapy uses gentle infrared heat to warm the body directly, supporting circulation, muscle recovery, detoxification through sweat, and overall relaxation.
Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat works at a lower air temperature while still providing a deep warming effect.
Infrared sauna sessions provide gentle, penetrating heat designed to warm the body and promote relaxation.
You’ll spend your session seated comfortably in our infrared sauna while the heat gradually warms your body. Many guests use this time to unwind, stretch lightly, or simply enjoy quiet relaxation.
Sessions typically last up to 45 minutes, but you are welcome to leave earlier if you feel ready.
Water is recommended before and after your session to stay hydrated.
You don’t need to bring anything special for your visit. We recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing suitable for warm temperatures.
Waffle robes are available if you’d prefer additional comfort during your session.
You may also wish to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated before and after your sauna experience.
Our goal is to make your visit simple and relaxing, so everything you need for your session will be ready when you arrive.
