Frequently asked questions
Salt therapy (also called halotherapy) is a natural wellness practice where pharmaceutical-grade salt is gently dispersed into the air of a Himalayan salt room. As you relax, microscopic salt particles are inhaled, which may help support respiratory wellness, calm inflammation, and promote relaxation.
During your salt therapy session, you’ll relax comfortably in our Himalayan salt room while pharmaceutical-grade salt is gently dispersed into the air.
You may choose to sit quietly, read, meditate, or simply rest while breathing in the dry salt particles. Sessions are designed to be calm and restorative.
Salt sessions typically last 45 minutes, allowing time for both relaxation and respiratory support.
Guests remove their shoes before entering the salt room and may wear socks or go barefoot.
Yes. We offer private family salt room sessions designed for families with children. Salt therapy is often used to support respiratory wellness for both adults and children.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Salt therapy sessions can be booked in a few different ways depending on the experience you prefer.
Individual Seat Reservations reserve one chair in the salt room, and other guests may be present during the session. Many guests find the shared sessions to be peaceful and relaxing, as the salt room is designed to be a quiet space.
If you prefer a completely private experience, you may reserve a Private Adult Salt Room or Private Family Salt Room, which reserves the entire room for your group. Private room reservations are set up for two guests by default, but we can accommodate up to four chairs, and recommend no more than six guests total for a comfortable experience.
If additional guests will be joining your private session, please include the total number of participants when booking so we can prepare the space.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Many guests wear casual clothing such as leggings, athletic wear, or comfortable layers.
Salt therapy is a dry environment, so you do not need to change clothes.
Yes. The salt room is carefully maintained between sessions.
Our halotherapy system uses pharmaceutical-grade salt that is freshly ground and dispersed during each session. The salt on the floor is regularly maintained and refreshed as part of our cleaning routine.
Because salt is naturally antimicrobial, the environment itself also helps support cleanliness. In addition, surfaces and seating are cleaned between guests to maintain a comfortable and hygienic space.
